How to be fit and healthy

“TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEALTH, BECAUSE WHEN THERE IS NO HEALTH, YOU ARE NO MORE’’ so you should be fit and healthy.

MAINTAINING HEALTH IN A HEALTHY WAY:

It is very easy to maintain yourself healthy. Please avoid skipping meals. Try to take time to time meals rather than skipping it. Many people think that by skipping meals they can easily lose their weight. But they are wrong, a recent research showed that skipping meals can increase your weight. So, it’s very important to keep yourself properly nourished and well-hydrated. You can keep yourself hydrated by drinking at least seven glass of water in a day. Drinking water is a best way to keep yourself hydrated. Many people ask a common question that how they can find out that they are fully hydrated? So, the answer of this question is to check the color of urine. If the color of your urine is pale yellow to clear, it means you are normal and healthy. Clear urine indicates that you are hydrated and have a healthy urinary tract. Dark yellow urine is mostly because of dehydration.

Ø HOW TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE IN LOCKDOWN?

This is the most answerable question by me in lockdown. Because as we all know that at this time the whole world is suffering from a drastic condition. It is the worst situation that our earth has faced. You are kept locked in your home just like a criminal is in jail. You have never found yourself confined in your home. And when months started passing in this situation, it may seem daunting. Many people become unemployed. But still in this terrific situation, you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. If you are healthy, your mind is fresh, so you will find ways of employment that you have to earn your bread and butter. During the quarantine, you feel isolated and lonely. You think that when yours enjoying life will return. I will give you some tips. What happened if you can’t do outdoor activities? You should spend this time with your family. You should make this time memorable by giving your precious time to your loved ones. There are many indoor activities that you can do to keep yourself fit. You can do cooking, baking, painting, drawing, play some sort of sports, indoor yoga etc. But remember not to sit all the time. It will help you to gain weight. Please keep follow a strict routine in this quarantine time. Do exercise regularly, it depends on you, there are many forms of exercise. Do want you want to do. You can climb stairs for maintaining yourself healthy and fit. You can do push-ups. You can do stretching. It is the best time to identify your talent, your skills. May be there is a hidden talent in you. You just need time to work on it and polish it.

Ø HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY and fit BODY:

Our mind is directly connected with our body and emotions. If you are healthy means your brain, heart and other organs are healthy. It is very important to have a healthy mind in a healthy body. Because a

good mental health helps you enjoy life and cope with problems. Engage in those things in which you have interest. When you are happy, your body is happy. It performs well.

A friend of mine works in hospital pharmacy. He told me that he has completely ignored his health. He even did not take a proper sleep and ate whenever he has time. In order to achieve his goals and tasks, he worked day and night but eventually, he realized that he has started losing his health. I asked him, Are you happy with your new lifestyle? He replied I was. But now I am suffocated and frustrated. What do you understand from this story? What is the moral of the story? Many people are consistent towards their unhealthy behavior. They don’t think that in actual they are going towards disease. I think that’s the reason why nowadays we are in interaction with diseases. Please get rid of this unhealthy behavior. For some people it’s very hard to change their unhealthy behavior, but they should keep trying.

Put your thoughts in healthy habits and your energy will flow away from unhealthy habits.

Ø HEALTHY FOODS THAT YOU SHOULD EAT to be fit and healthy:

Take proteins, carbohydrates, fats in your meal.

® PROTIEN:

· Almonds are rich in nutrients and vitamin C

· Chicken breast is one of the most popular protein-rich food

· Eggs are rich in protein.

· Milk is a good source of highly quality protein, and it is high in calcium

· Spinach, broccoli, carrots and garden peas are rich in protein.

· Guava is one of the most protein-rich food around the world.

· Avocado, jackfruit, kiwi, apricot is also protein-rich

® CARBOHYDRATES:

· Corn provides a good amount of vitamin C

· One-cup of chopped mangoes has 24.72g of carbohydrates

· Dates and raisins are rich in carbohydrates

· Potato chips, sugary juices, foods and drinks high in refined sugar

· Brown rice and whole wheat pasta are loaded with carbs

· Whole wheat bread is full of dietary fiber and complex carbohydrates

® FATS:

· One medium avocado has 21 gm of fat

· Oily fish like salmon is full of omega 3 fatty acids

· A Portion of delicious dark chocolate boosts around 11gm of fat

· One extra-large whole egg contains 6 gm of fat

Fitness is the key stone of good health.basically, it’s a foundation which leads you to good health.

« You know at the age of 85, your good health will keep you hale and healthy. And maybe you don’t even seem to be 65. well, that’s are the secrets of good habits.

« We should take care of our health, when we are healthy.

« We should never become a victim of bad habits such as smoking.

WHAT ARE YOUR FITNESS GOALS? HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN YOURSELF TO LOOK SMART AND FIT?

· Regular Exercise:

Wake up early in the morning. Go for a walk. If you go in park for walk, at least take five rounds. It’s a very best exercise if you continue it for your whole life.

If you are unable to go for a walk, do another form of exercise.

JUST REMEMBER: ‘YOU HAVE TO GIVE JUST ONE HOUR OF YOUR DAY TO YOUR BODY, DOING ANY FORM OF EXERCISE YOU LOVE TO DO’.

· CYCLING:

Clean your bicycle for a ride. Take 5 to 10 rounds on a bicycle. You may not know this fact that:

‘CYCLING IS A VERY BEST EXERCISE.IT REDUCES YOUR INNER THIGH FAT AND TONE YOUR HIPS’.

So those who are very depressed because of their thigh fat, starts bicycling. They will find change, not in a day. In a month or two to three months, a little change.

· CLIMBING STAIRS:

If you have no time for exercise, just climb stairs five times a day minimum. It is a very best exercise.it increases your blood circulation in a very effective way. Climbing stairs may not target straight at any part but maintain you to fit.

‘DAILY REGULAR EXERCISE ENCOURAGES WEIGHT LOSS

People who are physically fit and healthy are far away from diseases. Exercise reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases and mainly high blood pressure. Exercise improves quality of life.
